Vacancy Overview

We are looking for a Process control engineer to help plan and execute efficient production flow for the company’s goods, data, or information. The assigned professional will be expected to work on the design of scheduling and staffing models that provide the best optimization of labor costs, production volume, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes to support the development of process improvement initiatives.
• Identifying the areas that require process control optimizations.
• Suggesting improvements in the current processes
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluating the efficiency of manufacturing technologies, instruments, equipment, and tools.
• Preparing standardized procedures for operating plants.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training for new and existing systems.
• Write detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance testing of new and enhanced systems.
• Manage production support issues and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
