Aron’s words of wisdom

Since 2002, Aron has been involved in the automotive metal component manufacturing industry where he has developed strong leadership and visionary qualities.

Aron’s core experience and management skills stem from working in the supply chain, production, manufacturing methods, plant infrastructure, sales and financial management.  Having worked in Poland, Germany, the UK, and UAE, Aron’s key driver is to build & deliver long term positive fiscal results.

Keep a positive mindset and always look two gates ahead. Stay focused until you have reached the mountain summit (your goal).

James’ words of wisdom

With over 15 years of experience in aluminium product and assembly manufacturing, James has worked on various projects for the Automotive, Aerospace, Locomotive and Architectural industries.

James’ competence and managerial strengths are in technical sales, project costing, and contract review. Having nurtured his skills by working in cross-functional departments in his past, James has a solid understanding of aluminium commodity economics, extrusion and innovative manufacturing methods, to offer the best solutions to customers in collaboration with the APT team.

Success – there is no shortcut to success, you have to work hard and earn it. Opportunities don’t just happen, we create them.

Dilip’s words of wisdom

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession, Dilip has a strong background in business financial management and control. Dilip’s accounting skills have been refined over various industries, including management consultancy, education, real estate developments, aluminium extrusion, and manufacturing.

Working closely with all departments, Dilip is responsible for all financial functions including accounting, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and facilitating audits.

Gabriel's words of wisdom

Gabriel Meleg is a Logistics expert who started his comprehensive journey in the automotive industry in 2003.  Since then, he has developed and proven his extensive experience in this field at numerous reputable automotive supplier companies.  These experiences allow Gabriel to be an instrumental asset in optimizing logistics processes resulting in successful risk management, cost effectiveness and streamlined operations.

Hanan’s words of wisdom

Hanan is a lawyer by degree and HR-qualified professional by experience, she is bringing to APT 12+ years of expertise in employee relations, development, and processes within the automotive industry.

Throughout her experience that is focused on the Middle East, she managed to attract and retain professionals from various locations which allowed several companies to evolve performance-wise.
